One of the best LaQuinta's I have been too. The staff is awesome. Melody is WONDERFUL and helps check in check out easy. Rooms are well equipped and beds are comfy. Pet friendly. Wyndham changes made them start charging for pets, but at least we can still bring our babies with us. Management here is wonderful too. Thanks for allowing our four legged family members.

Beware of pet fee. They are not the la quinta us pet people are used to, they are Wyndham. 20 for every night of your stay no matter how long. I called about it and was told I'm on camera and if I fought it I would then be charged 250 for the unregistered pet. I'd love to see this video nightly of me bringing it in. SMH Never had this type of experience. The room was clean and beds were decent. Pillows were lead balloons though so bring your own.

Although I was not ultimately a guest at this hotel, I had about the worst experience with customer service I can recall while trying to learn basic information before booking. When I politely asked what cleaning protocols are followed in the guest rooms due to COVID-19, the receptionist audibly scoffed at my question and said, "Oh, they have a whole thing that they do," as if that's at all helpful or clarifying. When I then asked whether they could slightly elaborate on this and let me know if the rooms are ventilated between guests (e.g., by opening the windows to re-circulate the air given COVID is an airborne disease), they angrily said, "I don't know what they do!" After I paused for a moment, slightly taken aback, they then added: "You know what, you can stay somewhere else!" and hung up the phone. I consider myself a courteous and conscientious prospective customer simply trying to protect his family, and do not deserve to have some rogue employee impose their personal beliefs on me, as I suspect was happening. In the end, if this is how straightforward and matter-of-course questions about pandemic-era sanitation are handled, I strongly doubt this business takes the cleanliness of its facilities at all seriously. I would really urge any travelers who are concerned about their health to choose another hotel.

Great place to stay. Had to wait to check in, attendant was away from counter. She was very courteous and thanked me for my Military Service. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast service was great, the staff was very nice and greeted everyone and kept the area stocked and clean. I mentioned to the attendant that I lacked the abundance of hot water and she informed me that the issue had been being worked on and that she would let them know.

Every time I go there, I find it to be very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I miss the nice breakfast. Coffee and a sweet roll just does not do it. Could at least have more fruit and yougart. The location is on the hiway, a little noisy. There is a train that you will know about! Downtown is a gold mine of antique shops. An enjoyable long weekend.

I'm glad I checked the reviews before making reservations in Claremore. La Quinta Claremore was extremely pleasant! Very clean entryway, room was spacious, no odd smells. 5 pillows and a firm (but not plank-hard) bed. Awoke ready for the day. Would Recommend! ...Probably should've booked another night. SURPRISING: Located next door to quite a nice Mexican Restaurant! [They sell horchata!!!] Several good stores "within walking distance" but without a sidewalk (which could affect their access). UNEXPECTED: Bathroom contained a shower without tub. 3 sets of towels were provided. Breakfast consisted of fruit, granola bars, and prepackaged muffins. (my apple was tasty) Coffee and hot water were also available during breakfast, but not at other times I was there (limited experience on my part).

Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. La Quinta and Will Rodgers Hotel seems to be the only game in town. Nice stop in between Amarillo, TX and St. Louis, Mo.
