Internet and cable services are a bit pricey but great service. They helped me out a couple weeks ago and were great. I had to get rid of my cable but kept my internet due to financial situations. They didn't hassle me about keeping my cable like a lot of companies would with a million questions

Been a customer for 10 years.. The prices have become unreasonable, the customer service is awful, (they deny actions that they have done in the past and do not apply all money paid to the account), technical support is ok otherwise they would have 0 stars. I would NOT recommend to ANYONE. USE ANYOTHER MEANS OF MEDIA.

Do NOT try to email this company. They don’t respond. Have tried several times.they do NOT keep their web page up to date, so don’t go by that. Digital service is bouncy and sketchy half the time if they us a wireless modem. Can’t compare it to dish though. This may be better. It pains me to give this bad of a review, but the constantly up the price. The one positive is the amazing service guys. They hold the place together. They will come to your place to help u out off the clock if they need to. Super helpful and friendly.

Lots of dollars in the office that would better serve they're customers by upgrading whatever equipment to provide better uninterrupted data service. But one can't do anything under an apparent monopoly. We're stuck.

On a Friday afternoon, my husband had the power switched off to work on some projects. Since the power had been off for a few hours, a technician from Clarence Telephone Co stopped by to make sure everything was ok. He just wanted to make sure we had it off on purpose. Since it was getting later on a Friday, he was concerned and didn't want us to have our internet out over the weekend. We assured him and thanked him for checking on us. It isn't very often that people take time out of their day \just to make sure everything's ok.\ We're pleased with the special concern and great care!
