I have been with this surgery since 1980 when it was Dr Law & Dr Thomas then Dr King joined and they then had the new surgery built. From the doctors, nurses, receptionists they all do a remarkable job in looking after us all. They have looked after me and my late husband with respect and courteous all these years. Absolutely ridiculous trying to get through to someone spent 45 minutes in the queue got to 1st in line then I got cut off after waiting 15 minutes whilst being first. Rang back a 2nd time and once again put back in a queue no one answers then get cut off again.

My name is Averil Jenkins I am a patient with this surgery and i have to say the Doctors and staff I Highly recommend. And you won't get better or kinder Nurses anywhere especially Sister Penny she is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff working here..

Shocking! Receptionist think they are the law and jury. Completely rude and neglectful

Just one thing I am not completely happy with is the self service point... everyone who comes in the surgery presumably uses this and it's a touch screen, surely there should be a ant bac hell to stop me catching anything contagious
