They started out good with collecting information for filings. They are good with setting up taking the money automatically for cost of filling bankruptcy but when you need to discuss something with the attorney! Don’t hold your breath waiting to speak to one because other office staff will try to answer question. I wanted to talk to the attorney. They blew me off after hearing and I was so unclear about some things concerning my rights regarding vehicles. No one calls and informs you about the discharge letter you get. It would have been nice if they could have put some of the same effort at the close of the case. I really don’t know if this letter I got is the final statement from the court because I feel abandoned. But they still taking money out my account every 1st of the month. I’m just gonna assume it’s done because they should have made sure to have some kind of exit interview/phone call. I’m a client and no follow up. Finally, They did stop the legal actions that the one high high interest loan company tried to do dead in the water. The office staff at least two I remembered were rude. I’m a client and you have a job because of me and others that use this law office. The office staff need some training on customer service. It should be mandatory training.

They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me, even when just STARTING seemed impossible. The coolest part is how they can even forecast your credit score post bankruptcy. Super accurate, it went up 100 points and now I’m back to a great place during the pandemic. Nothing but praise man... for real.

Horrible Service!! Worst NIGHTMARE! My case fell thru the cracks and I had to re-file, due to Their lack of professionalism! They kept saying oh “everything is fine” and they actually FORGOT TO UPLOAD MY TAXES TO TRUSTEE! We even had a confirmation email that they had already “uploaded taxes” Do not throw your money away!! They’ll be nice at the beginning to EARN YOUR BUSINESS! Not trustworthy!
