Met Deak when I was taking a photo at his corner and got to chatting. After seeing him perform that night, we stopped into his remarkable shop the next day. He does amazing work with custom harmonicas, knows vast amounts about the blues, runs an annual festival, and takes care of cats (hello to Mr. Bubbles!). Worth the stop anytime you go through Clarksdale. Bought a Hohner Marine Band harmonica in G (the classic!).
