Great company and excellent communication. We had our driveway infrared in 1 area and seal coated. They did a great job on both jobs. Highly recommend this company. Our driveway looks great!

Classic paving did a job for my mother in law located in North Smithfield. They did not do as they said. They claim to have put binder and top coat on driveway for a total of 3 inches plus compact the gravel prior to applying material. The material they used failed and took this company over two years to respond. They stated they were too busy. Finally in August, this year, the came out and cut small portions of asphalt out that failed and patched it. Since then several cracks and small indentations have appeared. Called and Nick came out to inspect. He was shown everything and his fix is to seal coat it. That is not a fix it is a bandaid to a larger issue. Material was inferior and two of his employees agree the job is not up to par. Now I will have to get another paving company out to repair and seek legal action to cover costs. BBB will be contacted to investigate this claim . this company did not treat her correctly. Seems once they were paid in full they never returned her calls for Thier 1 year warranty. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Take money from an elderly person and not do the job correctly.
Wish I could give a good review, but the quality has not been there. My garage is elevated about three feet above the street. The original asphalt had cracked and was rutted from years of use. I wanted to restore the driveway to new condition. I meet them at the RI Home Show and they assured me that they could do the job correctly. They said that they would patch the upper half, and upon their site review, they recommended that I also have the lower half replaced. They would then seal-coat everything, so that it would look professionally done. The cost would be 3,680.00. The Contract: Date: 4/20/2017 Estimate:4636 \Paved Area to Include: 22X25 and 11X26 Perimeter of area diamond cut and jack hammered for complete removal All damaged asphalt disposed of Re-grade entire area with fine-grade processed gravel for sub-base to ensure a proper pitch and sound foundation 1 12 \ base course binder coat applied with compaction 1 12 \ Class I stone surface coat applied with compaction **Any additional square footage will incur an extra charge to contracted price as agreed upon by both parties.**\ They\u200b put new asphalt in and it was higher than the the garage. They came back to repair it, but now it's only level. It should be pitched away, as per their contract. They dumped their excess asphalt fill waste on the lawns and in the garden, not hauling it away. Excess asphalt was pushed up into the corner of the house. I have called them and they say they they will \take care of it\, yet it has been almost 2 months now. Pictures are available. I would not recommend them for residential jobs if you value the appearance of your property.
I can not say enough positive things about this company. They were professional, on time , neat and knowledgeable. My driveway looks amazing!! I highly recommend Classic Seal Coating.
