Getting worse when it comes to their drinks that need to be made. I used to go a few times a week and get iced coffees and iced cappuccinos. Doesn’t matter how you order your drink they make it the way they want to. I get iced coffee with no liquid cane sugar, and just caramel. They make it and it’s like drinking sugar water. It’s so overwhelming you want to throw up. After 3 or 4 times of this happening and making them redo it I decided to go to another location. They either don’t look at the order correctly or they just don’t care. I haven’t had this issue at the new location I’m going to. It’s hit or miss on who’s making the drink, mostly miss.

If you get an indian girl at the deli making your food. Requests someone different. She has messed up my order 7/7 times over the past couple months. If they have someone with special needs working the deli, they should really have someone monitoring her so i dont have to have my order made 3x in a row wrong.
