You have to have dedication. \u200d️ It gets 4 from me since they never did me wrong except reaching 18 months and HAVING to chase them for full rate that I’ll get, one day still. I don’t love it but I don’t HATE to work here as a technician. It’s good work! I love the employees but tend to have friction with the office when requesting advancement in my career with them. They are now union based, and there isn’t any backlash. The only other downfall is the weather. This job is mainly outside and requires tough skin in the cold winter and the hottest summers with hazmat gear on. Not for the faint of heart but definitely a lot of opportunity.
