Not going I to detail tonight but my mother was in after release from a laryngectomy. She had no A/C in her room for her entire stay. But the left the door open so cool air could come in. Rude staff. Forgot medicine and was told I could come get it. I told them it was an hour one way and asked if it could be called into a pharmacy. 2 hours later now, no insulin. Staff still rude upon understanding theyathey made an error.
