Advice given after check ups prioritizes my needs and goals rather than being used as an excuse to sell me something. Prices are very reasonable. I signed up for the maintenance plan and so far have been very pleased. Have worked with several of the technicians and every one of them shows pride in their work and their company. I called and got an appointment easily at a good time for me. How came on time, and was very thorough, more than I expected. He even vacuumed the allotted door by the AC to improve function. He checked inside and outside. The AC had no problems, but was a spring checkup. The price for this service was fair. I was well pleased with Mike's service and Benjamin Heating And Cooling company for its organizational ability.
I was referred to this company when I recently needed to replace my entire central air unit. The manager set me up and clearly explained everything. He also gave me different options with very reasonable pricing. I was very comfortable with the whole process. The installation was painless and completed in a timely manner. Extremely satisfied with Benjamin Heating And Cooling. They installed a new air conditioning system in our home, that included a mini-split system on the 1st floor and a ducted system on the 2nd floor. The installation team lead, Mike gets my highest praises. He attended to all of the details, kept me informed, and answered my questions. I will do business with them again and highly recommend them for new system installation.
