Nothing but praise! Bill and crew took care of my issues both times. (One was a sticky wicket of a job) Fast response & job completion. Nothing left for me to clean up. Fair price. Also like that its a single crew and Bill is always on site. Keeps the quality/safety at the forefront. Will not think again to use Black Bear. (nor any real reason to look elsewhere.)
