Used Black Rock Appliance to repair our Samsung dryer on 3 separate occasions within a period of weeks. The dryer continued to break down and we were given excuses that were increasingly suspicious along with repair bills for each visit. The third visit was the final straw. Friends referred us to a more established Rabun County appliance repair business that fixed the problem and showed either extreme incompetence or outright fraud from Black Rock. In case anyone thinks I’m writing this to support Black Rock’s competitor, I won’t name the other repair business but will strongly recommend that you “shop around” before calling this business.
