This business is not a reliable resource for their patients. The lack of effective communication as well as not showing up to open the office on time reinforced the disorganization repeatedly seen. The facility lost insurance credentialing in March for all of their therapists resulting in no notice of cancel of all appointments without providing resources to obtain services elsewhere. THEN we got a 2 week notice that the psychiatrist was leaving as well....again no referral recommendations provided. They obviously do not care about the safety of their patients.
