Dr A will cancel you as a patient if you miss 1 appointment. He canceled my chart when he was over an hour late to call me for my virtual apt. Appointment was at 9:50 he called at 10:57. I then call back to reschedule and I am informed he has canceled me. So i am left without my mental health medication which puts me in a dangerous situation to develop mania and or a depressive episode. I will report this to the medical board. He does this to other patients.My therapist Stephanie on the otherhand is a wonderful therapist. Avoid Dr A.(Edit). Dr A canceled my Therapist!!! Leaving me with no mental health care

Honestly disappointed in how people interpret things and then post about it negatively reflecting on the Dr. and his staff. I have been seeing Dr. A. for several years now and yes, you may have to wait to be seen but maybe it’s bc he is listening to someone else just as you expect to be listened to when it’s your turn. Are you thinking about the person with the appointment after you that is having to wait longer bc you’re taking an extra 6 minutes? And then the domino affect kicks in. Dr. A has literally lived through hell and he still wakes up everyday and does his job trying to help us. No he will not sugar coat just to give you warm and fuzzies. He is real, he is kind and he is honest and in todays world that’s a rarity. And whoever said his front desk staff is rude, surely did something to deserve it bc Margie and Lori are FANTASTIC! This office is not a perfect one but they deserve more respect than what they’ve received on here for sure!

I love this place. The receptionist is kind. The therapists are wonderful. Some days you will have a wait but I just use that time to get caught up on other things

Absolutely horrible customer service. Trying to find therapy for my son during a pandemic and stressful time and she refused to allow le to speak with a supervisor or attempt to help.

Horrible, walked out if this office having a complete breakdown. Went in there to get help and was made to feel like an idiot. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They’re supposed to be helping with your mental health, and they actually made me feel lower than low. I am absolutely blown away by the way this doctor talked down to me. Disgusting
