Incredible expensive and not good , I would say a really overpriced experience with tiny results. I was embarrassed that I had hired this company. The guy who came out was a good guy. But in no way did this find the multiple problems. I found them the only thing they located was my wallet. Not a smart choice. Oh and a quick add if it wasn't your company then how come you told me you knew all about the issue? If it wasn't the correct company I would take this down in a split second. Please add dishonest to rip-off.
They were very professional and found the leak quickly and emailed a copy to our plumber immediately. The service is expensive but when the leak is underground, this is the quickest way to find it so the plumber doesn't have to tear up the whole yard looking for the leak.
Our pool repair company subcontracted this company out for a spa leak and they were scheduled to arrive on 6/16. They no-call/no-showed and, after calling them to see why they hadn't arrived yet, they said they got caught up at another job and would be out on the following Tuesday, 6/20 between 2:00 and 3:00. Fast forward to Tuesday, 6/20 and by 5:30 they still had not arrived. I received a call from one of their techs asking if we still wanted them to come out that day. He finally arrived at 6:00 pm, spent 30 minutes wading around in our spa, then left around 6:30, saying that he needed to order some plugs for the aerator to complete his assessment. Nearly two weeks pass with no follow up from this company, meanwhile we are steadily losing water in our spa. I finally reached back out to them to check on the status of the required plugs, and all that they could tell me was that they "hoped" that they would be here by the end of the week, or early the following week (7/3) and that they would follow up to schedule a time to come in. My colleague received a message from Leslie on 7/3 saying that we were on the schedule for Thursday, 7/6 at 9:00 am to complete testing. At 10:30 on Thursday, 7/6, Leak Locators still had not arrived. I called again, and the service rep said that she left a voicemail for me around 9:00 am stating that they had not actually received the part yet and that we could expect them the following morning at 9:00 am. I am not holding my breath.
