Dayle at Medical West went beyond her role The insurance company fought me on a needed arm garment for me. I didn't know what to do. Dayle took the initiative into helping me with appealing my health insurance declination. I was wearing bandages on my arm and hand to managed my swelling but this was temporarily until my compression items come. I can say that I have my garments. Thank you Dayle.
