I am going to give an honest opinion. The neigborhood is very quiet and the community is great. Very nice residents. You are going to pay an above average fee once a month for hoa but you dont have to mow your grass. This was my first home but I do question the quality of the materials of the home. Paint is very cheap inside and the floors are not the best. But like I said this is my first home so I didnt know what to look for. Im still learning. Overall a great community.

I live in the town houses. It is beautiful out here, has a lot of men amenities and is very quiet. They also have great neighbors here
I can't stress this enough: Avoid buying from Parkview or any community owned or managed by Reid Smith or Fred Smith. The quality of the work is shoddy at best. The HOA is run by representatives of the builder and not turned over to the homeowners - meaning you have ZERO control in how the community runs and operates. Their work ethic is poor. The property manager is horrible to interact with - slow or non-existent responses and absolutely no customer service orientation. Go invest your hard earned money on a quality home, built by an ethical company, staffed by professional employees.
Lovely area. Still building. Can't wait to see what it looks like when it's done.
