Technician James did a terrific job. He was very thorough in taking his time to properly diagnose the needed repair and was able to repair the washer on the first trip. He was honest and showed me the broken part and took his time to explain the repair. I would highly recommend this company and their services based on my first time experience with them!

Everyone was so responsive & professional. It’s been a long time since I had great customer service as I experienced with Pear Tree. Michelle, Andy & Jim are the BEST! Although the part for my freezer was pricey, they were punctual and upfront with the issue and pricing. Nothing hidden and no surprises. We have now used Pear Tree appliance twice. James came out to repair/replace our Thermador ice maker and ice/water dispenser. He and his wife Michelle are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them!
