This location recently opened in fall of 2020 in the rapidly growing area of Johnston county's Flowers Plantation community. Directly across the street is a Harris Teeter store, so now residents have the choice of two high quality grocers. My initial visit was shortly after the grand opening. As expected with a brand new store everything was pristine. But above that the service was amazing. From the greeters at the door, to the counter people, to the cashiers my experience was 5 star. One of the workers took time to speak to me about the area since I'm relatively new. He explained the new developments in the community and answered many questions I had about the new store. On my next visit I tried the deli hot bar. They have a 5.99 one entree, two-side special That's one of the best deals in town (mine was fish, onion rings and corn). Excellent store, great quality offerings and service... highly recommended.

I love this store! It's very clean and organized. Everyone who works there is super nice. Yes, they are a little more pricey, but the quality is great and if you use coupons that helps. Subs are amazing. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because their produce section is surprisingly small with limited options.

I love Publix. This place is the best. Large variety of food and very organized. Everyone here is super nice and prices are not absurd. They even have an eating spot upstairs for take out food that was bought from here.

Place was great. Friendly staff and super clean organized store. Puts all the other grocery stores to shame honestly. I little more expensive but if you want to deal with happy employees this is the place to go. Thanks guys!

Beautiful new clean store. Most employees are trained very well in customer service and are extremely friendly and go out of their way to serve you. Some are just not trainable. No matter how crowded you are always able to check out quickly. Sale prices are very good and lure you into the store, however on-sale items are sometimes double that of a store like Walmart or at least 25% higher than Food Lion or Teeter.

Publix is always customer friendly, but I have to give a special shout out to Victor, the sushi chef. He is amazing. Makes great sushi. If I ask for something special he always makes it with a smile and quickly. It is great to be able to go to the grocery store and get great sushi. Thank you Victor and Publix for being so customer friendly!

Very pleasantly surprised by my experience with this Publix. Staff is very helpful and courteous. One thing I recently discovered is the cafe area on the second floor mezzanine. Get some food from the hot bar or deli and take it upstairs to a clean and comfortable seating area. If you only have a short time for lunch this is a great option.

Super clean and Staff friendly. I purchased 2 cakes from bakery for 2 birthdays and both were amazing. Everyone asked who catered it.
