I brought an excited teenager to this salon to get an ombré. First of all, they did not have the color hair dye that we had requested. However, we were reassured that her hair would be silver/purple. She said, “I have 23 years of experience, if I don’t know what I am talking about I should get a new job.” I absolutely agree with her, she should. The end result was beyond awful. NEVER get you hair dyed here. The left is the picture they were shown, the right side is what they did. If I could give zero stars, I would. We spent the remainder of our day fixing her disaster. If you do go and Jill is your hair stylist, run. She destroyed her hair, failed miserably at the “ombré,” burned her scalp with the hair dryer, and yanked out a ton of her hair out while drying it, and constantly left to smoke and smelled like an ashtray.

I have been going to see Christina for years now; she is extremely professional and cares about each one of her clients. I live about 2 hours away so that must tell you something if I continue to make that drive to have her do my hair. She wont let you down!
Sydney transformed my hair into something I thought was not possible! I just relocated to the area from NY and needed a fix on my dried out brassy brown and blonde hair asap! Sydney used the balayage technique on my hair which I have never had done before. She knew exactly what she was doing and even achieved a color that I thought would take at least two visits. Girl was awesome! I highly recommend her!
The place was quirky and cute in the inside. I was a walk-in customer but was able to be seen almost immediately. And the staff was nice. I showed the lady (Sydney) who did my hair a picture of a cute side-part shaggy bob with side-swept bangs. She cut my hair and it wasn't quite even at the bottom, and she corrected it several times. Then came the side-swept bangs. She cut those fine. But then as she was styling pieces of hair kept falling down into the bang, so she kept chopping those to correct. She ended by styling my hair with really cute beachy waves. The lengths looked a little off but she said it was due to the different tightness of the various curls. I liked it fine and went on my way. But here I am a few days later, really getting a chance to look at my hair, flat and un-styled, and finding it to be pretty much a mess. I keep getting really long pieces in my side-swept bang, and instead of choppy it's more of a hacky in some spots. The stylist was really nice and I know she's still new, but I am pretty disappointed by my outcome :(
I've been here multiple times over the past two years and I can't say enough about them! I've always walked away with a smile which I've never done before I found them. Heather Wilson is my all time favorite stylist !
