While the dental experience at this company was good, we filled out paperwork online providing all our insurance information to them and specifically asked when making an appointment if our preventative care would be covered based on the information we submitted. They assured us that they would let us know if there were any issues and never said anything else about it. 4 months after our appointment we received a bill for my son's care because the insurance covering him wouldn't cover his care. After I raised this issue, they did cut it in half because they said it was a shared mistake. We trusted them with a duty of care to provide an accurate estimate for their services and they failed to do that. We are quite disappointed because the care was good and we were planning on having everyone in our family use their office.

Best experience I have ever had at the dentist! Pam, my dental hygienist was so sweet and Dr. Spring was wonderful. They both took the time to get to know me personally and were very reassuring and careful with my teeth. The new remodel looks awesome, too. I will definitely be recommending to more friends!

Had a great first visit here. The hygienist was professional and thorough and gave me a gold star for my self care :). Dr. Sarah was practical and conservative in recommendations, meaning she is not looking at the most expensive procedures, but the most beneficial for me. Thumbs up guys - thank you!
