I had a great experience! It is indeed free and you get help. Please keep in mind that it is best to go there early in the morning when they open. If you go around 9-12, there are so many trucks blocking the entrance.

Clean Cut Shredding has very pleasant and helpful employees. Ever since I discovered Clean Cut, I don't dread the task of clearing out personal papers. I am much more motivated to empty out file cabinets and purge stacks of paper. Clean Cut Shredding makes it easy to get safely get rid of old papers.

I had a good experience with Clean Cut Shredding today; drove my minivan full of papers up to the shredding location, an employee helped me unload my car and the papers were shredded in a shredding truck onsite.

Cannot say how impressed I am with this service. Wasn't sure what to expect at first, as everyone knows that most things aren't \FREE\ anymore. However it is totally legit, I pulled up with my carload of paper (yes.. I'm a bit of a packrat) and this friendly gentleman came out and assisted me to unload it all into a huge garbage can. Then we wheeled it over to a truck/shredder and I watched it all \disappear\. All done within less than 15 minutes! Took me longer to drive there, but well worth the trip! By all means if you have an amount of shredding, this is your place. Thanks Clean Cut, I'll be back!

Rockville MD. Right behind Liberty Gas Station on the corner of E. Gude and Southlawn. Limited parking. But very friendly and efficient. The gentleman in driveway took my papers in a bin, and immediately dropped them in a parked truck for shredding. No charge.
