I'd first like to say that the owner, Ed, responded to my call immediately and was prompt for the scheduled home appointment to clean our ductwork. Once onsite, his inspection of our system revealed that it was clean enough already and his service did not need to be performed. We appreciated the honesty and the time he took to review everything with us in detail. We did have him clean our dryer vent, however, and he did a superior job with that. A true professional!
