After a long and frustrating issue with significant pool water leakage where I was needing to top up the water and chemicals regularly, I finally decided to invest in professional advice. After researching a handful of options, I decided on CleanPools due to their advanced technology. Terry assured me that that would undertake numerous tests to ensure they locate the leak. Other companies didn't have this same technology and couldn't reassure me that the leak would be found, they also had "other" added costs. Some also required me to ensure my pool was crystal clear so they could dive in. This would have cost me further money and time. Terry and Heshan left no stone unturned and it was so interesting to watch them undertake each test. They were so thorough and worked non stop for about 5 hours until they were satisfied that every check was undertaken and all leaks were found. Heshan even dived into the awful green pool without hesitation. The the culprit was a faulty hydrostatic valve along with water leaking from the waste pipe. I can say with great relief that a few weeks on, my issue is completely resolved and I now have a sparkling blue pool to enjoy in time for summer. Plus, Terry gave me some invaluable advice and tips to keep my pool in pristine condition all year round. I'm so thankful that I chose CleanPools and feel that it was money well spent. Highly recommended if you want peace of mind and a complete resolution to pool leakage issues or advice. Work in progress images are attached plus pictures of my pool before and after.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Terry came out to detect a leak in my pool. After paying a ridiculous amount to detect this leak I engaged his company to fix the solar intake leak. He wouldn't arrange a written quote but gave me a maximum amount that it would cost including materials. Although I never do anything without a written quote, I agreed against my better judgement. One of his workers,Darren worked on fixing the leak which took an exorbitant amount of time that was obviously done on purpose. As a result the bull came out nearly double the maximum amount Terry told me it would be. Very dodgy business practices. They also left my pool stained and are taking zero responsibility

Terry came out to look at our pool as we were losing about 3 inches of water every 2-3 days. He quickly found the issues and let us know what needed to be done. We also needed a new pump as our solar pump was not working. He swapped the old pool pump to solar and upgraded the pool pump for us. Then fixed the leaks and also helped with removing some valves and pipes we did not need. I would highly recommend.
