These people are so nice! The kennels are well taken care of. The staff is very thorough in inventory, we got all of our things back after the stay. They are very respectful and accommodating of changes. My fur babies were treated as if they were their dogs. I will use them again, and recommend them to others looking for someone to shelter and care for their pets.

This place is AWESOME if you are travelling and can't take your dog/cat. They take such great care and have so much interaction that I had to beg my dog to come home!
Clear Lake Kennels is the finest kennel I have dealt with. I brought my kitty cat there for a 2 week stay and he was not feeling so well when I brought him in. Yet Melanie, Clay and the rest of the team there were so incredibly cordial, helpful and SUCH A BLESSING! Mel stayed in touch with me throughout the time I was gone to keep me informed of how my pet was doing. She literally went to GREAT LENGTHS to make sure my cat was well taken care of, made to feel comfortable and nurtured during his time of need. She stood by like a dedicated pet nurse making sure he got his medicine and so much more. When I finally returned, My Kitty cat was doing really well. I noticed he had gotten much better and I could tell that he was refreshed! Thanks so much to Mel, Clay and the team at Clear Lake Kennels. You all are absolutely fantastic in my book and go highly recommended to all who may need excellent and affordable boarding, where I believe the care is second to none! Caring staff!!! They took great care of my fur baby and had a special touch with her bandana. They follow up with a report card to ensure I knew what went well, and what didnt. Love the service and attention to detail.
First time boarding my Welsh Corgi, Nova. I was a little nervous about how she would behave. She absolutely loved the kennel. Everyone there was so nice. They took wonderful care of Nova and I will certainly use them again.
