Intrrnet Servive drops for some reason and the guy just checked it. Repeat movies all the time, and they seam to be sync there commercials. What's up with that?? We need new stuff medicom.

So trash. Crashes all the time. Unreliable speeds. I tried to call and got stuck in a phone loop. When I called back they have me a new menu and blacklisted my phone number. I can't even talk to anyone. I want my money back.

When you live in areas that don’t have TV or Internet service along with phones I feel it’s a great service but I’m up in Clearlake Oaks California and it’s by far cheaper than DIRECTV. I’m happy with them!!!

While the field staff is helpful and friendly, the service itself is the worst communications service I have ever had. Interruptions of service constantly.
