I was very pleased with the service I received during the purchase of a pair of hearing aids for my 94 year old parent. They gave him a hearing test and spent all the time he needed to learn how to operate these new devices. They didn't try to rush us out and made sure the hearing aids were programed exactly to his needs. When we needed service, they were easy to reach, got us in quickly and resolved the issue.
