No one should purchase a Clearview home. I did, and what a mistake it was. The salespeople are very nice and made it all seem easy. That’s just their method to get you hooked. After signing your contract, you can expect poor communication, longer than agreed upon timeframes, dishonest business practices, major extra costs, and a very poor quality homes. The clear view is - this company is a rip off and their morals are non existent. I regret my home purchase.

We built on our owned lot and dealt with extra permits. Learning curve but would recommend to anyone. Love our new home. Clearview architect had great recommendations for optimizing best view of lake. Love how our altered Jefferson 2 looks. Loved Paul and Andrea for all their extra help and time

The building process is a difficult one as there are many moving parts to building a new home. From selecting a site to taking the keys. Eric and his team navigate this process extremely well. I don't believe any new build is perfect, but Clearview stands behind the products and will correct any issue to satisfy the customer. The offering is very flexible as to my experience with new homes.
