I'm new to town so i had to set some things up at the local interior savings. Just blown away by the friendliness of all the staff,,,,, i also observed what appeared to be quite a nice camaraderie between the staff (nice to see!!) Sherry was very helpful at helping me reach my objectives,,, and oh so friendly. I look forward to a long relationship with a bank that actually has personable human beings to work with. I cant recommend this bank enough based on my experience! Joe Wright.

Was an out of town guest attempting to take out some cash to pay for a ‘cash only’ local business. While the ABM service gladly took my 2 fee for me to take my cash out- when I asked if the teller was able to exchange the twenty’s for hundreds she replied ‘we don’t do that’ ‘ we serve our members, and our members only’ my question is; why do you allow me to remove money then? And also- for a small effort of exchanging bills for equivalent funds, you would expect a community driven credit union to be helpful in providing tourists with small services to fund their local economy. Disappointed in the elitist response by the employee. Will not recommend to my family and friends.

Used the ABM. They're more than happy to take a fee for using the machine but when we went to see if we could exchange the 20 bills for something larger as we had to pay for our activities in cash we were told that wasn't possible. When we asked why not we were told that this is a credit union that works for its members and its members only. Rude, unprofessional, and completely unlike the rest of the service we have experienced here in Clearwater. I am no fan of big banks but these credit unions don't seem to fall too far from the tree.
