Keith was my service technician and he was awesome! A true professional. Was on time and courteous. After explaining what was going on, he knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. I couldn't be happier with their service and, for the record, they really do have the best prices in town :)

Had a few different companies come out to give an estimate on replacing the system. All came in outrageously overpriced. Finally a friend recommended Todd's air conditioning. Todd himself came out to check out the job and gave an honest and reasonable estimate. The air conditioning system was installed professionally and quickly I am totally satisfied and they are the only company that I will use in the future. I strongly recommend them if you want to save yourself from being ripped off.

I couldn't be happier than with Todd's Air Conditioning. I had never used the company before, but had tried several with no good responses or professionalism I was seeking. I called yesterday with an SOS, been in the house 6 days with 90 degrees each day. I needed help quickly and they responded so quickly, it blew me away. First Alex, she took all the pertinent information via texting. After giving her all the vitals she responded again and let me know that the 'part' I had been waiting for for days from these other companies, she said a tech would be out the next day, less than 24 hours from the time I called her. With the much needed 'part' on his truck! After 6 days, that was welcome news! The part I was told would take 5 days by 2-3 companies. My a/c came back and ID was a happy camper! I have nothing but praise for this company. Derek was the same, very confident, completely professional, knowledgeable, so nice and down to earth, efficient, knew all about the work, didn't mind my asking questions. Explained everything. Todd's A/C will be my go-to company whenever the need arises again. Rates were reasonable but most of all, they tried so hard to help me out. I couldn't have asked for more. Just thank you and that doesn't seem to be enough.

During an inspection of our condo in anticipation of a sale, we discovered a very minor issue needed to be addressed with a part of a new system that Todd's had installed approximately a year ago. We called Todd's, they went out to the property immediately and did what was needed at no charge. This was all handled remotely since our permanent home is in another state. We also requested they perform routine maintenance, which they did, and then billed us electronically. We are very pleased with Todd's A/C. They were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this company.

Todd A/C is a great company, always on time when promised, actually ahead of schedule whenever I've needed them. Definitely a 10 star out of 5 star for service. I'm impressed by the cleanliness and how organized their Van was. I've seen plenty of work trucks and to me a clean organized work vehicle also speaks volumes, the pricing by far along with the cleanliness and organization will always keep me coming back to Todd's for my AC and heating needs.
