Unbelievably Horrible Service.......Tried to use the carwash, the machine outside the car wash accepted my credit card, charged me 9.00. I enter the carwash and the "tube" goes up one side of my car and stops....sprays me with the pre-soak wash....I back out, call the store (didnt want to leave my spot, was hoping for a reset button or something from inside) i asked for the manager....a woman named Joanne is in the background saying in a very rude tone that "there is no way that happened, the car wash is turned off, shes just trying to get money" I heard all of this! I asked to speak to Joanne, she gets on the phone and again repeats that it couldnt have happened, the car wash is off....I asked her to come look at my car, its covered in soap and the car wash is wet inside....she said come in and get your money and hung up. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I did get my money back and called the district manager only to find out JOANNE isnt even a manager.....shes just a rude, horrible and disrespectful person who has NO BUSINESS working with the public......If anything ever happend, who knows....I just wanted to warn folks.....I will NEVER go there again...and I used to use that store a lot....
