The employees weren't interested in helping me find what I needed. We have been below freezing for day's and my power has been out for 38 hours. I understand d everyone is stressed, but employees who are working in a business that is heated and has lighting should be willing to stop placing a pallet long enough to help a customer.

I was accustom to shopping at the \Orange\ store, but a lack of knowledge (I don't know & don't care attitude)and lack of plants/trees, sent me to Lowe's. I found the garden center was not only in full stock, but had a lot of shade. They take care of their plants and the staff was friendly AND knowledgeable. They informed me of sales & continuing sales. I came into contact with a manager who interacted with staff and myself courteously & with a smile. This made me return again. I have spent several hundred dollars here now & will continue to shop Lowe's. The inside of the store is comfortable and clean. We were approached by several staff asking if we need help. Good job!

Lowe’s is a bar up on Home Depot. They hire anyone. And I think that’s really cool. Really diverse employment

Not a bad place to go. But it is DYI store. They have plenty of staff. Downfall is that they can only help show you where something is. MOST (not all) can not answer any questions or give you any advice. Managers/supervisors all seem pretty decently experienced and very friendly. Today had someone from the paint department say not to use gloss on walls because its harder to clean. \Use flat. If its shiny it hard to clean. Think of a mirror. Shows all the finger prints\ *This person obviously doesn't have a clue. Nor did I ask for help on the matter.

I don't understand why they even have a pickup lane if they aren't going to use it or keep the items up here. I've had to wait 20 mins in line with customers service then wait 30mins for them to find my order... this is just sorry, these managers need their as*s chewed..
