David A. Bertolino was the Tax preparer we used from Eastern Tax. He was very patient and educated. I had many questions and he never seemed bothered by them and never made me feel like any of my questions were silly. The total time for our appointment lasted about an hour and that was only because we had 7 W2's. He gave lots of advice as well. He really works with you too.
