By far the easiest, nicest dealer experience I've had to date. Vince was very open, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. None of the typical used car dealership trying to screw you over, none of the four-square chart, none of the pressure to trade in a car. It was nice of them to detail the car before I picked it up. I doubt I'll be back as I don't buy Acuras (I bought a Volkswagen), but I will use this experience to set the bar for future interactions with dealerships.

I couldn't be happier with their awesomeness! They were able to service my Acura within a 48 hour period after I called them. My appointment took roughly an hour. I was able to work on my laptop inside their lounge area, enjoy their complimentary WiFi, coffee and snacks. Also, I received a complimentary wash and interior cleaning. How awesome is that?! Thanks again, Crown Acura!
