They take too long to take your money if you pay online. I paid my bill then had another appointment with my provider maybe a week later and I end up having final notice on my next bill. This was not an insurance submission but just a very simple payment. I don't see how they can brag so much is being done electronically, with people having high deductibles and the online payment probably not electronic behind the scenes, I see it as an exaggeration to say to do do much electronically and that they are so fast.
