I took the time to take photos of a part I needed and even highlighted the areas that condition was most important to me. Unfortunately, they were completely unwilling to help with a basic question on the condition of a part and just blew me off. I was ready to buy but Miles did not have time to give me his opinion on which one of his parts was in the best condition. Price was not even a factor, I simply wanted the best example they had available. Take the time to help the customer and you won't have 40 of the same part...
