Staff always helpful. Rain soft put in 4 years ago while not necessary with 4 grain hardness, but should have been optional. Salesman's test kit apparently out of calibration, which told us we were \u003e8 grain, which is more necessary than optional value. This trip was to reroute outside lines to bypass system which wasn't done originally. Fair costs. Great work.

I received a postcard in the mail for a \free gift\ from Miss Burke for my recent purchase of a house. Upon calling the number I was told my gift was a free water testing and 25 gift card for a restaurant. Only after I directly asked was I told that this was the Rainsoft Great Lakes Water Treatment Company. So here's the thing: If a company deliberately misleads me or is not forthcoming in who they are or what they are trying to sell me, why would I trust their testing or have faith in anything they are selling me? If you want my business, be honest from the start, otherwise I have no time for you.

I normally don't write reviews but this product has impressed me so much that I couldn't let it go without writing one. Since we had or system installed I have been beyond amazed. The difference in the benefits to my hair and skin are amazing. The water heats up faster and hotter due to the removal of the particals in the water. Using it for cleaning doesn't take as much effort or elbow grease. The drinking water reverse osmosis system makes our drinking water wonderful. We have well water and I never thought we would get such amazing results. I absolutely love this filtration system!! The only regret I have is that I didn't get this sooner. The technician that installed our system was so nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable and professional.
