The Edge on Euclid has been a great place to live downtown while going to Cleveland State! With all the great amenities and events that the Edge offers, I rarely find myself with little to do. Shout out to Drew for being an excellent property manager and Nate for helping with any and all leasing needs. Both Drew and Nate have made it super easy to talk about renewing for next year! I highly recommend that you consider the Edge on Euclid for its excellent location, housing and outstanding staff!

Me and my two friends just recently moved to the area and found an apartment here. After reading around we saw that these are some of the best ones. While talking with Kayla one of the employees, we were able to find an apartment that fit all of what all three of us needed. Kayla was super helpful in the whole process and we really developed a good relationship with her while finding our apartment!! She’s always been willing to help us with whatever we need. And not to mention the amenities throughout are amazing!! Would definitely recommend this complex for anyone looking!

I have lived at the Edge for most of my college years at CSU and I have loved my experience living in this building. Drew and Patty are always so accommodating, knowledgable and transparent. The leasing staff- Nate, Colin, Maurice & Shartina are helpful and driven to make your time at the Edge simply unmatched. Some may say the Edge is expensive, however if you look at the market of downtown Cleveland apartments, to have a new build, fully furnished*, top of the line amenities, not to mention security, location, square footage and views- these apartments are actually around 300 less expensive/month than unfurnished new build in the same market. While there are other student housing options available- the quality of the build and amenities do not compare to the Edge on Euclid. I would recommend leasing here above any other student option in the downtown area for that reason as well. P.S I also know many young professionals who thrive here as well beyond student years. It is rare when I go out of my way to write an employee review, but in this instance, this review is very well deserved! Colin, a young gentleman and employee of the leasing office at the Edge on Euclid deserves praise for his role in the office and how he has assisted me. As a first-time leaser, I had an outstanding amount of questions and confusion and needed much direction to complete the leasing process and move into this attractive complex. Thanks to the help of Colin, I was able to do so! This was largely a result of the patience, helpfulness, level of efficiency, and respectful demeanor of Colin throughout this process. Without his assistance, finalizing the move may not have been possible. I believe that he deserves a great level of recognition for his excellent service and I am enthused to share that with others! Thanks so much, Colin!

I have been living at the edge for about 5 months now and I must say that I have enjoyed it so far, I love what the edge has to offer and the amenities it provides. The staff is great, Nate & Collin helped me with having such a smooth move in and I really appreciate them for being so patient with everything. Great place!
