The bianco testing menu is to die for! And it's constantly changing. Portion sizes are smaller because there are 12 courses, but you will not go home hungry. We're had a deconstructed scotch egg that was out of this world! I highly recommend the wine pairing, as well!

Great italian food and service! Nice wine and liquor selections too.
Been here twice to do the 10 course tasting menu and both meals were among the best I've had. Creative, delicious, great service, and perfectly paired wines. Truly one of the best dining experiences in Cleveland.
Really, really wanted to love this experience. Read that it would be slow service so I was prepared for that. Read the beets would be great so I really wanted to try them. Service was slow as expected. The beets were forgotten by the waiter or in the kitchen. Never got them. One person's meal was also forgotten. We tried to be polite and wait for everyone to have a meal before eating. As one or two meals were delivered at a time, that was impossible. The bread was an inflated pita. Nothing special. Buccatina too al denti for me. My husband liked the duck but it was a skimpy meal. Our table of nine shared everything. Nothing was remarkable. Disappointed.
We did the 12 course Menu Bianco with accompanies wine pairing and loved it! The food and presentation were fantastic! Of course, it's not cheap. If you're looking for a less expensive option, I would recommend just ordering a la carte from their menu. It will not disappoint.
This is the second year we have gone to Trentina for my husband’s birthday! Both times we had a beautiful evening! The first year we had the duck two ways, the CWRU mushroom pizza, fire roasted beet salad and the table bread! The second year we had the wood fired lasagna, the duck confit pizza, the charcuterie, and the table bread! Obviously the table bread is our favorite! They put it on a fire and let it rise and bring it out hot with a candle of lard for dipping! Yum! We have never had a bad meal here, in fact the first year we went the chef didn’t think my husbands meal was up to par and made him a whole new meal before allowing it out of the kitchen! The picture is of the dessert we ordered it was a salted butterscotch.
Sadly this well known University Circle restaurant is closing today. My visit earlier this week was my first: the food did not disappoint. The service on the other hand was not up to par. By the time the table bread arrived the candle had melted and we were rushed through the ensuing courses.
Incredible from start to finish.
