Click were very proactive, helpful and friendly when we were purchasing a house from their client. They engaged with both our solicitor and estate agent, and kept in regular contact on the status of the purchase. Don't know what they're like to buy from but one of the worst experiences ever trying to rent from them. They've lied and strung me along then gave away a flat they said they'd hold for me and knowing it could make me homeless and now keep hanging up on me instead of explaining themselves. Oh and this is after telling me I apparently refused to pay a deposit! Who refuses to pay a deposit!?! Wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them.

I don't agree with AA's review. I have found Mohammed from Click to be professional in all the dealings we have had with him. He keeps us up to date and informed of anything concerning the selling of our house. 15 minutes late at 5pm driving through Preston isn't that bad with all the busy traffic
