We purchased our first camper trailer. Big Al helped us from start to finish. He is very professional and awesome guy. The finance department got us in and out with no issues. Jake did our walk through with us very knowledgeable and professional he answered every question we had. Guys in parts department very knowledgeable and professional they informed us about everything we need to go camping. Over all we had no issues with this business. Would recommend to anyone.

We purchased a new travel trailer about a year ago and the process went very well. They gave us a good price for our old 1970's motor home and a good price on the new trailer. Happy with the staff and the process, now that we have a few warranty issues we will see how they treat us.

It's been one nightmare after another with this place. They didn't do the repairs that were promised before the sale. Once they finally delivered the trailer it came missing power cable and keys. They are terrible with communication. It's like talking to a brick wall. I always feel like they are not really listening to me, but just pretending to listen until I stop calling. Wouldn't recommend at all.
