Horrible unprofessional staff! I went there two times with a knee pain and had several problems with the way the staff handled my visits. 1. One of the people at the front desk gave me an additional list of physical therapy places saying that they are really good. But she did not bother checking to make sure they take my insurance. After several months of going to one of those palaces, I found out that they are out of network and I am responsible for paying for each visit 3 times a week! 2. They gave me several prescriptions. I went to the pharmacy which I had specified to them. The pharmacy never got the prescription. Turns out the pharmacy they sent the prescription was a special pharmacy that could fulfill that prescription and that pharmacy was supposed to call me when the prescription is ready, but the pharmacy never got my phone number! 3. When I went there after the first month of physical therapy sessions for a followup, they gave me an MRI request form and said that they would need to call my insurance first and then they would call me back. They never called me back! 4. They also gave me another referral to physical therapy, but instead of right knee, they put down left knee as the one having the problem. 5. Today I called them to ask how come nobody called me about MRI and the receptionist just said "hold on" and transferred me to a number with automatic voice mail pickup which mentioned some sort of code and did not even tell me where I was calling. When I called back, the same "hold on " happened and I was transferred to that same voicemail. After third time I called and heard "hold on", I had to tell the person to stop transferring me to voice mail. Then she was able to transfer me to the person who handled MRI. In addition, each time you call the office the receptionist sounds like she just woke up, or just finished a laughing conversation with her co-workers or is chewing on her lunch. Very unprofessional!

Dr Dorri is fabulous and the best there is in this field. He is beyond competent, treats patients with respect and I cannot overlook his a fantastic sense of humor. Michael is an amazing assistant and with Jamie at the desk, it is the perfect place to get treatment. Thank you all so much.

I have been with Dr. Dorri for almost 10 years after having been treated my multiple other doctors. Dr. Dorri is responsible for managing my chronic knee condition and I could not be more pleased. Not only is he effective with treatments, he listens to my concerns, works with me according to my requests (or whatever may be going on in my life) and genuinely cares about my well-being. I received AMAZING service from everyone at Premier. I initially called for a visit expecting a long time for an appointment and the receptionist got me an appointment the next day. When I got to the location in Cliffside Park: I filled out the paperwork and was called in within 5 minutes of completing the forms. I cannot remember the name of the PA who took care of me but she was charismatic and informative; she also kept me distracted when she had to give my knee a shot. Dr. Corradino came in and also was also very informative and friendly. They referred me to a physical therapy location who called me to make an appointment per Dr. Corradino’s follow up. I appreciate their attention and thoroughness and will definitely refer and come back for medical service.
