I just went today to set up my account. We were promptly greeted, given a tour and informed on how everything works by Ashley Duarte. She was excellent , and very professional. We really enjoyed our experience getting storage with her! Me and my family are so happy to be part of the Access Family... Thank again Ashley.....

My boyfriend and I went last Sunday to set up our account. We were promptly greeted, given a tour and informed on how everything works by Ashley. She was fantastic, patient with our hard of hearing because of the masks and professional. We really enjoyed our experience getting storage with her!
I needed a last minute storage unit, I called many local places they didn’t have the size I needed. Ashley was amazing help, she gave me a call back saying that a unit came up! I was able to get to the facility before closing, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. The place was very clean! This is the go-to place for storage!

I had to get a storage unit last minute not knowing what to get or how to go about the whole process. I picked it all online and when I got to the location realized 1 the size was off and 2 wanted to switch the location for easy load and unload. Ashley helped me and was unbelievably patient and kind with my husband and I. She showed us options and had to do the work twice to accommodate our crazy requests. So happy I picked this location over any other in the area. So clean and well maintained.

I opened an account at access storage, the price is fair and the service was great , very professional. Ashley helped me , she was very polite and knowledgeable, she explained all I needed to know.
