Super thrilled with the amazing customer service provided by the staff! All I needed was a minor adjustment and left with a new case and adjusted/cleaned glasses. Will definitely be back soon!

Went there today (1/26/21) and I’m super satisfied with the service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Jeankins was great! She handled everything very professionally and gave me some trial contacts too . Quick and easy, I would definitely recommend them!!

Best experience ever. This location seems very busy but the Doctor takes their time to make sure you have the correct prescription and they don’t miss anything. The facility has their own parking lot which is very convenience. In addition, they follow state/federal laws regarding COVID-19 as they take their time cleaning after each patient, sanitizing pens, counters and even glasses. The staff were super friendly specially the Manager who was very attentive since the mnt I walked in. If you need glasses, eye exam, I recommend this location as they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend.

I wish I could put no stars! My appointment was canceled because they have a 5 minute late policy the rude and dismissive woman at the desk on Saturday January 30 2021 said. Offered no options. I asked her “so that’s it?” Her reply was “you can reschedule if you want “. She doesn’t care about costumers. The pandemic will be over soon maybe then you’ll learn how to treat costumers when your business is not so bright. They do not deserve your time or money! If you want costumer service go to the eye doctor at Costco I got the opposite in way of listening to my needs and arranging help for me. I made an extra effort to write this review.

Reviews had me a little worried about the experience I was going to have but I am here to tell you there is absolutely nothing to fear. Unless you're afraid of excellent service - of course. I had an appointment later in the day and was taken in right away. All the ladies were super sweet and patient. Made me feel very welcomed and was extremely thorough with every process. Prices were well explained and the exam was easy. Extremely affordable too. Minimal waiting time. Staff cleans machine before usage and there were staff actively cleaning surfaces. Constantly disinfecting Wonderful team at this location. Look forward to going back

Glasses and contact exam went smoothly. Followed up with doctor to give feedback. Horseplay with buddy bent my glasses America’s best re-aligned them for me. Contacts fit snug and clear. Will always return and highly recommend.

I was so rushed in my eye exam, ordered two pairs which they arrived in a week. As soon as I put them on, it was blurry and caused me headache. The doctor said you need a week or so for your eyes to get adjusted. When I went home I could not see the TV clear, my old glasses was much better. I went back to the store and they advised me to book another appointment for a recheck!!!! I refused to wait another two weeks for another appointment and opted to return the glasses. I had my eye exam and glasses done at a different doctor/facility and it was much better. I compared the two prescriptions and it was off, even my PD measurement was wrong. I do not recommend this place.
