I got an oil change done on my Honda Civic and the so called mechanic told me that he had a solution to my oil drain plug screw. According to him it was loose and that’s why it might of been licking me thinking I’m in professional hands I told him if you can fix it ok,there won’t be a problem right ,guy said no but don’t say anything to the other guys cause this piece alone is 50 but you can give me anything you want I gave him 10 tip basically I also took my own oil and filter . I did not even get a oil service sticker his reply was you car tells you when you need and oil change this happen sep 1 2018 early morning . Today I took it to firestone for an oil change but service was refused I was told I need more then an oil change . This spark plug is a savage move from your employe . I was told I should go back to there but if they did this wrong what else would happen to my car thanks for nothing !.

BECAREFUL this place is very shisty. The only put 1 quart of oil instead of full like they are suppose to and still charge you for complete oil change. They strip nuts and lugz so it will cost you more. For a community location they are not neighborly. They try and get over on people.
