Not recommended!! Payment only in cash or debit card, it is very bad for such a store to make such big restrictions to customers. At the checkout outlet there is not even a single package where to put the goods, is it terrible, according to the management, should buyers drag all goods in their teeth? I do not recommend horror

I have three children that wears corrected glasses. For the past 6 years, I've never had a problem with them at all. The service is prompt, quick, and the staff there are wonderful! And the selection of glasses are at affordable prices! I recommend this place!

I didn't visit the optometrist but did buy my glasses and my daughter's glasses from there. Richard is very knowledgeable , helpful and moves you through the process quickly. I had a great experience due to his knowledge and helpfulness. I got my glasses back even sooner than promised.

Talking to the receptionist is like talking to a dog. Seriously, she just sits there with really bad English with a clueless look on her face. She asked me what insurance I have I told her Eye Med. then she insists that’s not eye insurance and demands my healthcare insurance card instead. Huh? This place would probably run better if they replaced the receptionist with a self help scan machine like the ones at the grocery store.

Terrible experience so far. Walked in last week on a Monday the extremely unprofessional receptionist told I had to make an appointment ONLY after I sat down for half an hour waiting. After I told her I already filled out all the initial paperwork she told me I would have to just do it again next week. I couldn't understand why not just keep it so everything can just go quicker next time. It's been a week and now I've been sitting here for 45 minutes !!! A full 30 minutes past my original appointment! The guy next to me asked when my appointment was and I told him 12:30 , he told me his was at 12:50 then, the doctor comes out with his patient then that's when the useless receptionist asks me if I signed in I said no, you never asked me to do it!! So , the 12:50 guy goes ahead of me!! I asked her why he went ahead of me since I had an earlier appointment and was here before he was she had no answer. If I didn't need contacts as bad as I do I would leave right now!! Awful!!
