He only gets two stars since he was spot on with my diagnoses. He didn’t even look at my lab work beforehand until he diagnosed me. Not sure if he ever had black patients or know anything of melanin skin. I was recommended at first to use retinol for discoloration, then bleaching cream. I was like huh, bleaching cream. Why would a top doctor recommend this? When I was asking or reconfirming a few things he made it appear like I’m the doctor and you are questioning me. As a patient we have EVERY RIGHT to question doctors. You are making money off of me by submitting a claim so I will absolutely question YOU. Oh, I was waiting to see him next as I was told by the receptionist and he decided to take another patient that came in after me. I guess being from the same ethnic community bumps you up and I felt he was a little too close for comfort, kind of like a CREEP. As my community say, one and done. Never again!!!

This doctor is arrogant, rude and totally disrespectful. I dont believe he knew what my rash was and just dismissed it as pimples. Do not go to this doctor. Quack quack

My experience with Dr. Gold was very good. He is super nice and friendly. The office and staff is also very nice. They even squeezed me in last minute because I was leaving for vacation and needed to see the doctor before I left. Nice job guys thank you so much.

Doctor Gold knows his stuff and he has empathy I had a copay of 15 dollar I was struggling and he didnt even know and lowered my copay to 10 which I really appreciate. As soo as he saw me he knew what was going on with me I was amazed.

I went to Dr. Gold a week ago for the first time and he was truly awesome. I didn’t know of any good dermatologists in my area and I went solely off reviews so thank you all! I hope this review will help someone like the others helped me.... I had a strange mole on my arm that appeared there within the last year. I also had a mole on my scalp (since birth) that I wanted to get removed. Not only did Dr. Gold remove both moles in 1 day, he provided an informative explanation of each of them. It’s great when a doctor breaks down the medical terminology and explains things in detail so I could truly understand. During the removal of the moles, the anesthesia needles barely hurt and I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure itself!! One mole required a biopsy. Not only did Dr. Gold call me to let me know the results (which were normal btw!) he called me a couple days after the procedure to follow up to see how I was doing. I’m 27 years old and in my experience of doctors, he was the first one to take the time to call me personally- twice! If you’re looking for a fantastic, informative, personable dermatologist- Dr. Gold is the one to see!!

*zero stars* My experience as a internship student here was horrendous. The staff there treated me as if I was some fly on the way wall and were rude/unhelpful especially the office manager there. While I was training at this office, I would ask a question and it was like talking to a wall and the girls there are unfriendly. The office manager does not have any patience to teach what so ever and made me feel as If i wasn’t capable of doing anything. Everyone learns differently and at their own pace. There was a point where she started rubbing my face with her nasty bare hands and made a comment saying that my makeup was put on badly which in all means is beyond disrespectful. If you’re looking to volunteer or gain experience at a medical office do not come here...
