They repaired my great grandmother’s ring from the 1920’s and did such a beautiful job! Everyone who works there is so attentive both to customer service and to attention to detail. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and renewed a precious family heirloom. They also had a gorgeous selection of jewelry to buy and I can’t wait to have a reason to shop there! I’m a customer for life!

I had the best experience there today! I have had my mother’s engagement ring forever and there has always been a twisted prong but I have never gotten it fixed. I have always been very hesitant to leave it anywhere. But the jeweler was so kind. She showed me how she mapped my ring and showed me with her eyepiece my specific inclusions on my ring. So when I picked it up and any time I bring it to any jeweler in the future she said to look for those. They essentially serve as a fingerprint and I’ll always know it was mine. That service was above and beyond anything I expected and I appreciated it greatly. I was much more comfortable leaving the ring overnight to be fixed. They came with wonderful reviews from my neighbors and they just gained another customer for life!

I took my engagement ring in for a deep clean. They used some sort of plating which changed the color of some of the stones. It's also peeling off within a day of a pickup. A second opinion from another jeweler revealed that this plating permanently damaged my ring. I didn't ask for plating. My engagement ring is now jacked and does not match the bridal ring. I did go in and they offered to fix it but I frankly do not trust them. Beware
