The Clam Tavern is awesome! Definitely our go-to for a nice date night when we have some extra money to spend. Everything is absolutely delicious, always hot, and made with care. We have never had a bad waiter. Every drink we have ever ordered has satisfied us greatly. We recommend to anyone who is interested in having a tasty dinner in a restaurant with great atmosphere.

This restaurant is surely one of the tastiest place to eat in the neighborhood. Always when I visit this place I am profoundly happy. They preserve their high standard service and the highest level of meals they give. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.

The pictures and reviews helped make my decision in dining here. I visited on Wednesday and dined around 6pm. I did not have to wait for seating and my drink and dinner orders arrived fairly quick. My waitress Phyllis is such a polite woman and the staff here seems to help each other out. I'm also unsure of staff member Tony's title, but he seemed in charge and was VERY accommodating to guest needs from the obvious of food to regulating the temperature for dining comfort. . .. . The restaurant is setup in a bi-level manner and has the feel of an antique ship. Seating varies from chairs at the bar, to tucked away romantic dinner for two, or the group seating for parties of four or more. . .. . I enjoyed the baked clams and the olive oil based seasoning in them that went perfect with my bread, which was surprisingly fresh. My steak was....may I say, cooked to perfection, and the 8oz lobster tail was worth every penny. . .. . They have a solid variety of drinks/cocktails and a few solid brands on draft. . .. . I would definitely go again.
