Had an appointment that I missed which is 100% on me. The office called and rescheduled for later in the day. I arrived for that appointment was waiting for 20 minutes only to be told the office doesn’t call to reachedule appointments and that they can’t see me. A waste of time. They were nice but why would they call to reschedule me later in the day if that’s not the policy
